Helping Couples and Individuals Find Their Way Back to Connection

Relationships shape how we understand ourselves, how safe we feel in the world, and how we respond when life becomes hard. When connection feels threatened, whether through conflict, distance, transition, or loss, it can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or alone. Therapy offers a place to slow down, make sense of these patterns, and begin restoring a sense of safety and closeness with ourselves and the people who matter most.

My approach to therapy is rooted in attachment and emotionally focused work. Rather than focusing on diagnoses or what’s “wrong,” we look at how experiences, emotions, and relationships have shaped the ways you protect yourself and reach for connection. Together, we identify the emotional cycles that keep you feeling disconnected or distressed, and gently create space for new experiences of understanding, responsiveness, and trust. Therapy becomes a place where emotions are welcomed as meaningful signals, relationships are honored as central to healing, and change happens through deeper, more secure connection.
